Planning and Design
We will have an agreement to assist you and our architectural team to design a house plan that will get buyers excited and have amenities to make the house stand out. All this without losing track of budget.
Once the plans are ready, we will provide you with a construction cost quote with specific allowances for your finishes and sign the construction contract.
Pre - Construction
(30 - 45 Days)
We will submit plans for permit approval from the city. The initial grading of the lot will take place by clearing the lot, place a temporary driveway and install silt fence. You will have the opportunity to see the house staked on the lot and decide the final placement of the house. You will also have the opportunity to make the exterior selections for siding, windows and doors.
(6 - 9 Months)
Our team will handle the management of all construction. The process stages are:
Framing, Roofing and Windows
Rough-Ins of Trades
Framing and Rough Inspections
Insulation and Drywall
Interior Trim outs
You will have until the rough-in of trades to provide your final interior selections.
(2 - 3 Weeks)
During this time the buyer will have the opportunity to do inspections and walk the house to create the final punch list. After that, the house will ready for the new buyer and be closed.
Warranty starts on the day of closing (2-10 Home Warranty Booklet contains all information and paperwork).
